Do Police Captains pick up illegal narcotics money?

Former Hartford Connecticut Narcotics Detective Richard Murzin talked about his police captain not wanting him to investigate and to not arrest select Mafia heroin, cocaine, and other drugs, dealers. Rich died before seeing justice. [His Story].
