Taunting the US Police State

SvenVonErick | August 12, 2010

More info:
Text emailed to Vermont US Senators Patrick Leahy and Bernie Sanders:

Who should I report theft of taxpayer dollars to? Should a [State Police helicopter pilot be able to threaten to kill police officers and blow up aircraft at an airport and remain flying]? Should police officers be able to steal Homeland Security tax dollars in overtime not worked and not be punished or have to pay back the money when caught? Should the State Police Commissioner cover this up and not be punished? Should the court system be rigged for revenue collection and retaliation, not justice? Should the US be in a Depression because there are human rights violations, illegal wars of occupation going on in Somalia, Yemen, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iraq? [Video embedded here] Why are US taxpayers paying to be domestically spied on, falsely arrested, terrorized, and falsely imprisoned as political prisoners in America if they exercise legal Free Speech as I have, or for contacting elected officials such as you, redressing grievances? I've posted a video interview of a journalist talking about the war spending and world abuse fiasco funded by US taxpayers, and links to what I am talking about. I request that my case be looked into as well as information that I posted in an open letter to you on for you and your staff here:

Thank you,

Pulling the Plug on Free Speech and the "Free" Internet?

Is the Google Monster going to shut off the "Free Internet"?

Speak Out for Net Neutrality at Minneapolis FCC Hearing

Minnesotans – and folks in all surrounding states – listen up! If there’s one reason to break from your summer vacation, leave work early, or just step out of your daily routine, this would be it: your chance to tell the Federal Communications Commission in person that you want Net Neutrality and free speech online.

On Thursday, Aug. 19, FCC Commissioners Michael Copps and Mignon Clyburn will be in Minneapolis to hear from you about the future of the Internet – and we don’t mean new apps and other cool stuff on the Web; we mean whether corporations like Google and Verizon should be allowed to grab control of the Internet and shut down the most democratizing platform we’ve seen in generations.

Here are the details:

WHAT: Public Hearing on the Future of the Internet
    DATE: Thursday, Aug. 19, 2010
    TIME: 6:00 p.m.
LOCATION: South High School Auditorium, 3131 19th Avenue South, Minneapolis

Watch this video to find out more:

The event, co-hosted by Free Press, Main Street Project and the Center for Media Justice, is free and will include comments from the public.

Steven Renderos, media justice organizer at Main Street Project, explained why Minnesotans should turn out in droves to tell the FCC to protect the open Internet:

In Minnesota, the Internet has become an increasingly critical platform for jobs, education and health care. It is important that the FCC step up to preserve the open Internet because without it, we risk further marginalizing the communities that need it the most.

In a recent speech, Minnesota Sen. Al Franken called Net Neutrality “the free speech issue of our time.” Without Net Neutrality, the Internet could go the way of cable TV, dominated by the largest companies, with higher prices, fewer choices and more limited access for consumers.

“The debate over the future of the Internet is at a critical moment, and now is the time to make your voice heard,” said Josh Silver, president of Free Press. “Net Neutrality and free speech online are at risk, and right now the only people at the table with the FCC in this debate are lobbyists for the phone and cable giants. The FCC needs to hear from the public so that Comcast, AT&T and Verizon cannot choose winners and losers online.”

And by “the public,” we mean you. The Minneapolis hearing is a rare opportunity to speak out not only for yourself, but also for the millions of other Americans across the country who want the FCC to stop the corporate takeover of the Internet. Show up and make your voice heard.

Omar Khadr, never given a chance

US President Barack Obama's military commissions opened Monday to consider two terror cases, including the trial of the last Western detainee at Guantanamo, Omar Khadr, who was arrested at age 15. Devon Chaffee says that a better course of action for Khadr would have been to try and rehabilitate him then send him to Guantanamo Bay.

Reserved to the States, or to the People

Written by: Michael Boldin

State Sovereignty Rally at Albany, New York Capitol Building August 7, 2010. Rick Montes (New York Tenth Amendment Center) speech on the Tenth Amendment

It’s nice to show up at rallies and wave our don’t tread on me flags, and support the tea parties, and scream that Obama is destroying our Constitution – but how many really understand what is being destroyed?

A Constitutionalist and Tenth Amendment supporter believe that the U.S. Constitution is arguably the greatest political document man could devise.

Long before this Constitution was devised, there were 13 sovereign states with their own Constitutions.

If we allow cowardly politicians to violate our rights – shame on us.

The Founding Fathers debated this issue quite thoroughly. There were many in attendance who wished to have us become a consolidated, national government. James Madison repeatedly tried to grant the federal government the power to negate all state laws. He was soundly defeated each time.

In the end we were given a Federal Republic that was made up of individual sovereign states. These states delegated limited and enumerated powers to the federal government. To be certain that there was no mistake, they had the Tenth Amendment added: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Patrick Henry: “The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government “

The below re-posted [from here]

"Too Many Laws, Too Many Prisoners"

shenna's picture
On Friday, I went to the Maine State Prison to meet with the prisoners who are members of the NAACP Prison Chapter. The NAACP Prison Chapter is a well-organized, well-run group with over fifty members who asked me thoughtful questions over an hour and a half of questioning about prisoners' rights, the law, and possibilities of reform. Prisoners spoke of being maced and then not given showers for days. They spoke of being prescribed medication by a prison doctor but then denied the medication. We also discussed the practice of solitary confinement, total isolation for up to 24-hours a day that some pyschologists term "torture." Too often, we demonize prisoners, but as this article in the Economist points out, those prisoners may be our friends or family members. More than one in every hundred adults is currently behind bars. More importantly, prison is not just for the worst of the worst anymore. Far too many people are spending years in jail for relatively minor crimes.

Web Exclusive: US convicts receive no slack

Text with video:
RTAmerica | August 09, 2010

As jails and prisons in America are filling up, the US might want to re-think their policy towards throwing people into prison. Harold Cook says it is ironic that he is speaking from Texas who has the worst record in keeping people behind bars in the US. In Europe authorities work to reeducate and reintegrate the prison populations. Cook adds that there is a fine line between seeking revenge and seeking justice.

“Slab/Pod Housing”, Economic Stimulus

My Rough Draft:

“Slab Housing Stimulus”

I have been asked to offer solutions, not just gripes. What would I do if I were put in charge of a national stimulus?

Well, the first thing I would push for is that every citizen gets to vote, no matter what. If they have no fixed address, are in prison, are a felon, sex offender, no matter what. I would then try to figure out how to make housing affordable to as many people as possible while creating jobs, manufacturing, and industry in the process. Why not put Americans back to work to help themselves?

Town councils wanting to increase revenue, keep trying to push the poorer out. The new houses built in communities have to be on certain size lots, have to be a certain square footage, until all you see is “McMansions”, for the rich and powerful. America is not supposed to be the country for the rich, powerful, corporate mogul types. There is a need for sensible housing for the masses. Having to fit your home can cause automatic compliance with family size and responsibility, because to upgrade to larger accommodations with more children, you would have to be able to pay for the space to have them.

Modern housing should be functional, green, Spartan, safe, and efficient. Modern design can allow for less government infrastructure, cops, courts, and public corruption. Houses built from local stone, dirt, and natural materials that have to last 50 or more years to be as maintenance free as is possible would be environmentally and economically responsible. Steel or stone type roofs would be virtually maintenance free, lifetime roofs. Walls made of masonry, cinder-block, brick, or a stone/dirt/cement hybrid would not be flammable.

Notes: on slab also to include standard mobile homes. Insist on double wide driveways to accommodate at least 4 average cars. Insist on automatic garage door type remote, with manual key entry with side door to get in through fence to manually open doors if there is power outage. Reliance on as much electric only power as possible to reduce on sight emissions to also promote responsibility through conservation.

1 to 2 bedrooms the norm

Fences, so elderly safe, handicapped accessible, and transition for sex offenders, prisoners, and others transitioning or to be kept separate from regular society. Fences would allow and encourage dog, cat, and other pet ownership. Children would be safer in this style of “fenced” pod 1, 2, and 4 family/group housing. Encourage ownership, rent to own, bad credit okay, responsibility, affordable. Separate common areas to go to one household to avoid “force interaction” with others. No territory or yard/driveway area disputes. Have public, 24 hour parking within 4 blocks to best use space and the benefit is exercise. Have timed or active loading zones.

50 cc motorcycle, electric, golf carts, special tree belt walking, rollerblading, low consumption vehicle only roads. Airport, public transportation essential/mandatory to avoid the absolute need for cars, tax incentives to industry and business to locate to new areas. Public parks, swimming pools, with “reserve areas” for family gatherings, weddings, and events where just the cost to use and clean up is charged for event at swimming pool or at public park area. Designate park areas for certain number of houses.

Maybe 95% of currently held prisoners could be best served with ankle bracelets to monitor home movement and at job. Sex offenders and others who are serving time outside would have to wear identifiable clothing and children and adults would have to maintain safe distance as would the offender.

Harming Children, Prolonging Divorce is a Lawyer/Court Scam

If you have 20 million dollars and you are getting divorced. Lawyers want to put a hold on 20 million dollars to cover their fees. [Example, Tauck v.Tauck] The richer parent will often not get the kids, so the lawyers can milk the money dry. The State will impose classes, fees, and fines. The State gets even more money to remove children, place them, and even adopt them out. It is one big scam.

Nancy Tauck

Peter Tauck

Chris Kennedy's Connecticut case is a good example of what too many non-custodial parents go through. Judges knowingly cause harm. Lawyers and others profit. Children suffer not seeing the parent(s) and grandparent(s) they want to see. Elected officials on judiciary committees seem to want the abuse to continue. Do they also profit, get benefit, or get favors for causing society, the economy, children, and families harm?

Small Justice - U.S. Courts Harm Children

Text with video:
mamasuntwinkle | April 04, 2010

Expert witnesses are paid to lie, falsify, and testify for those that pay them. If it was a true science, there would be a meeting of the minds in all cases. Its a trillion dollar business which presents an ethical conflct of interest. There is a book written on the subject: Whores of the Court.

Courts are a pedophiles dream; victims are pathologized and abusers and rapists are commended for their acts.

It is the same system of injustices as the CPS courts - a racket where everybody and their brother makes money off your child's sufferings. Money buys whatever you want, including children.

See the other videos re the Pennsylvania Juvenile Judges Kids for Cash Scandal; the judges made millions and bought yachts, condos, vacations, planes. It took 6,000 injustices and crimes aganist children by the same judge over a period of years where all complaints to the BAR and Judicial Board were ignored before anything was done. They have been given judicial immunity for their federally prosecuted crimes!

Perverted Fox Guarded Henhouse. August 2007.
Psychologist Stuart Greenberg, nationally renowned expert on child sexual abuse, former president of the American Board of Forensic Psychology arrested for videotaping women. Afterward he masturbated to the images, police reported. In Washington, Greenberg was frequently court-appointed as an evaluator in child-custody cases and worked as a consultant to the Archdiocese of Seattle, helping defend in PRIEST - ABUSE CASES.

WHO DOES THE MOST HARM? Based on the number of offenses per number of licensees, it is psychologists, with a close second by chiropractors. In sheer numbers, "registered counselors" commit the most offenses.

George W. Bush stolen election for 2nd time documentary:

A National Guard Sergeant faces 16 years in prison for videotaping police misconduct.

There is a “Leahy Law” named after Vermont US Senator Patrick Leahy. The law is to de-fund foreign armies paid with tax dollars if there are human rights violations. That would mean that Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan conflicts should have US tax dollars shut off.

I just watched an interesting documentary on how Bush stole an election for a 2nd time, there is compelling evidence presented. When will big name official criminals in the US be prosecuted? Text sent to Vermont Congressman Peter Welch

April 15, 2011, update to this post where I, Steven G. Erickson, talk about my having been abused in the Police State of Connecticut in rigged courts. [click here]

attn staffer Jake Oster. We just got off the phone. I talked about sending you a link to a video about the Grand Jury System that could be part of federal courts, so citizens can bring evidence against police, officials, bankers, etc for a vote to be taken to fund an independent investigation for prosecution of those accused. Grand Jury Video:

After writing Sen. Dodd I wrote George W. Bush 9-15-01, complaining as I did to Dodd in the letter to Bush. I don't believe it but the response I got was that he read the letter. Click on images of letters to make bigger:

I was then threatened again by [Connecticut] State Police, I didn't sell my 3 rental properties, shut up and leave the state, so I was arrested 10-11-01 for resisting getting mugged on my property and got a year in jail. I was told I would lose my daughter, my business, and my home, if I pursued legislation addressing public corruption and judicial and police misconduct.

If I talk to a US Senator, Congressman, or state official and propose legislation or try to redress grievances, exercising Free Speech, should I then be held as a political prisoner, my family broken up, lose my home, my business, and ruined for life? Should any US citizen? Fixing my situation would also fix the situation for every American currently suffering a hijacked US Government.

Taxpayers Funding Enemies?

Text with video:
SvenVonErick | July 16, 2010

more info:

I'm asking that Vermont US Congressman Peter Welch be advised of the content of this video. I know that most politicians have staffers put their names on a google alert to notify them of posts and blogs using their names. In the case of Connecticut Governor M. Jodi Rell, if you wrote about her negatively in a news report or blog, you could be place on the Connecticut State Police Secret Enemies Arrest on Sight list:

I am asking Congressman Welch to help me propose legislation banning the use of radioactive depleted uranium rounds in warfare. I am also asking for legislation to de-fund war criminals and war corporations. I'm also asking for campaign finance reform whereby elected officials won't have their campaigns paid for by banksters, war corporations, and drug smugglers of cocaine and heroin. The CIA should not be the Opium Kings of the World, enslaving the rest of us, taking away are liberties, and harming us, imprisoning us, torturing us, and even killing us when we get "mouthy".

Should the Department of Defense, the DoD, be using taxpayer money to pay for "protection", paying the Taliban not to attack US Troops?

My "Flagged" comment

I posted the below in [this Paul Craig Roberts article]

The Opulence of Parasites

This comment has been flagged
Reason: (Other) Well written, and totally true.Absolutely hit the nail on the head.

Hillary Clinton and the similar thugs in the Republican Party, reward their friends, make government bigger, take away checks and a balances, obstruct justice, go after whistleblowers, and are world class racketeers. Let's end the corporate corruption carnival of thieves.

Ten times more children are taken away from good families then need be, and ten times more Americans end up in prison as need be. The make work, 6 figure jobs to do this are given to insiders. The Federal Government pays states to abuse citizens using federal tax dollars as incentives. The Mafia builds, runs, and supplies facilities. Politicians get bribes from Mafia. We the people pay taxes to be enslaved, ripped off, beaten up, raped, and killed.

The spawn of the Clintons is marrying an investment banker. The Clintons are lawyers. To me, the wedding was some sort of Satanic Ritual. We the people do eat cake, the inedible, genetically modified, building material type.

As a US Senator, Hillary saw to it that her constituent Elena Sassower was thrown in prison in retaliation for alerting Hillary's office of judicial misconduct and corruption involving election rigging and other malfeasance, the New York Times, Eliot Spitzer, and others. [Sassower video that was turned over to FBI before Spitzer was exposed]

Elena exposes how the entire US Government uses a rigged court system and their spy goons to keep US citizens from getting representation for their taxation. We need to see criminals like the Clintons, George W. Bush, and the corporate bankster puppet, Barack Obama off to the clink.

Massive Build up of domestic spies and agencies

That Vast Intelligence Buildup Is An Offensive Action

By Sherwood Ross (about the author)

The Washington Post's revelations re the amazing growth of the U.S. intelligence community since 2001---so that we now have 1,271 agencies employing more than 854,000 payrollers---makes no sense, until one recognizes that this vast development must be for offensive, not defensive, purposes. The explosion in the spy budget from $30 billion to $75 billion since 9/11 is perplexing until you realize it only parallels what is happening across the broad spectrum of the military-industrial complex. Everywhere you turn, everywhere you look, American militarism is on the march like a thousand Sousa bands blaring at once. According to a report of the Stockholm Internatonal Peace Research Institute, U.S. military spending for 2009 accounted for 43% of the world total, followed by China, with 6.6%; France, 4.2%; and U.K. with 3.8%

Where the U.S. allocated "only" $272-billion for "defense" in fiscal year 2000, today's "defense" budget is $711 billion. The U.S. Navy, for example, is larger than the next 11 navies of the world combined. At the same time, spending on research involving biological warfare has zoomed steadily since 9/11 to a cumulative total exceeding $50 billion even though no nation poses such a threat to the U.S., and even though the deadly anthrax attacks of October, 2001, emanated not from the Middle East but from Ft. Detrick, Md., a base whose operations are run by the Pentagon, not Osama bin Laden. Again, illustrating USA's aggressive priorities, the National Institutes of Health of Bethesda, Md., is now spending more money on biological warfare research----which killed a total of five Americans in the last decade---than it spends to prevent ordinary flu, which does kill 36,000 Americans every year. To its credit, Moscow shuttered its germ warfare ops years ago. Recall, too, that when the Pentagon's snoops got to Iraq, they found Saddam Hussein but they couldn't find a single germ on him. So what's the big biowar buildup for?

At any given time, the Pentagon has about $1 trillion or more in ongoing research to refine existing, (example: nuclear bombs) and to create new, (example: robots) killing machines to dominate the planet militarily. The vast intelligence apparatus The Post uncovered (The National Security Agency alone is sifting through more than 1.7 billion telephone calls and e-mails daily), makes no sense when the only enemies are a handful of shoe bombers. It makes perfect sense, though, when the Pentagon is ringing the world with 800 bases in 130 countries, and the intelligence build-up is companion to the military build-up. Thus it was the U.S. eavesdropped on the private telephone conversations of high United Nations officials then debating whether to support the impending U.S. invasion of Iraq. That's not using intelligence for defense.

In an article on the Middle East wars, Elisabeth Bumiller of The New York Times July 25th quotes historian David Kennedy of Stanford as saying: "The army is at war, but the country is not. We have managed to create and field an armed force that can engage in very, very lethal warfare without the society in whose name it fights breaking a sweat." The result, he said, is "a moral hazard for the political leadership to resort to force in the knowledge that civil society will not be deeply disturbed." Precisely!

Quoted in the New York Times of the same day, Stephen Daggett, a writer for the Congressional Research Service, said, "You think of war as not being the usual state." That may well be true of many a republic, but it is not true of an empire, particularly the American Empire. According to the historian Edward Gibbon, the Roman emperor Aurelian, embroiled in numerous wars, complained in a private letter, "Surely, the gods have decreed that my life should be a perpetual warfare." Of course, it need not have been thus except that Aurelian felt obliged to keep his foot on the necks of Rome's subjects around the world. It need not be thus for America, either.

Where is stolen $5 + Trillion US Tax Dollars?

Text with video:
More info:, Julian Assange, Bradley Manning, and others have brought the illegal wars of occupation in Afghanistan and Iraq under more light. The Pentagon can't account for over 5 Trillion US Dollars. Who stole it, and where is it? Is each American citizen responsible for paying $20,000 to replace the money that has been ripped off?
